Why we like it: This is one of Statesman Homes of the-plan designs, so you won’t find it on display, however we think this two-storey home fits the holiday living vibe perfectly. Upstairs, there’s a balcony and an open plan kitchen/dining/living space that opens right up, while downstairs is another lounge that opens to the veranda, making it a home with indoor-outdoor connections on both levels. The Everard has a whopping 300sqm of space, with five bedrooms, three bathrooms and three living zones, plus a generous kitchen, however it will fit on a compact 11m-wide block as this design is only 10m wide.
