We’ve seen a lot of home designs over the years, but there’s always a few that we call our favourites and Statesman Homes’ Myrtle Alfresco is among them

If you are looking for a modern, attractive home with a side-facing living zone, plenty of style and packed with storage, look no further than Statesman Homes’ Myrtle Alfresco. Bright and fresh, well-connected to the outdoors and packed with storage, this design is bound to win you over.

One of Statesman Homes’ most popular designs, it’s easy to see why the Myrtle Alfresco wins new homebuyers over. In this four-bedroom, two-bathroom, three-living room home, it’s all about the feel. “This design by award-winning architect Max Pritchard is pure genius, he has innovatively managed to fit all this on a 15-metre wide block and it feels so light and spacious. The flowing living zone, which has a lounge at one end, a central kitchen and dining adjacent an alfresco oozes communal living, and it’s this hub that may make you fall in love with this design.

And if you’re after a home with lots of natural light, you’ll certainly find it in this home, with large windows and a side-facing living zone that would ideally face the northerly direction.

It feels so spacious too, and that large island bench and storage galore is a winner – not to mention the kitchen office/study nook that is brilliantly positioned at one end.
