From Statesman Homes’ Townhomes range, the Southbank is an attractive two-storey that will offer an urban lifestyle that is low on maintenance.

With a lower level designated as the living space, there are two separate areas to enjoy in this 233.72sqm design: a front lounge and open plan kitchen/ dining family zone that opens to the rear via two sets of sliding doors.
