Black Friday Titled Land Discount

The ‘Black Friday Titled Land Discount’ offer is available only on contracts signed between 20 November 2025 and 30 November 2025.

The Offer is strictly limited to customers who:

1. Sign a new contract and pay a deposit of $1,000 within seven days of issue.
2. Present your Certificate of Title (CT) for your specific allotment prior to contract signing. Settlement is not required.
3. Do not have an existing signed contract with Hickinbotham.

The land must be clear and accessible with roads, kerbs and services installed. If the Certificate of Title is not available and the land is not accessible with roads, kerbs and service installed.

The discount value is not redeemable for cash or credit. The $10,000 discount will be applied as a credit on the final quotation.

Statesman reserves the right to vary and/or withdraw this offer at any time.

HomeSeeker Packages, Allenby Gardens and HomeStart Low Deposit loans are not eligible for this offer.
